U.S. Shipping Disclaimer

We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS. Orders are generally roasted and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Tracking details will be provided when the order ships.

International Shipping Disclaimer

We ship internationally, including to Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, package weight, customs processing, and the carrier’s service. Any estimated delivery timeframe, including 3–5 business days, is not guaranteed and may not include customs delays.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other fees charged by their country. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

International orders are shipped using the available carrier service and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. International orders are nonrefundable, including orders delayed, lost, returned, refused, or held by customs. By placing an international order, the customer agrees to these terms.
